You’ll use Python to collect, wrangle, and clean data. You will become fluent in using powerful Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy to explore your data and conduct statistical analyses.
You’ll delve into the world of machine learning with the two frameworks scikit-learn and TensorFlow. You will build machine learning systems ranging from simple linear regression to state-of-the-art deep learning systems.
You’ll learn to present your data beautifully using Matplotlib and Seaborn as well as learning how to create interactive data visualizations with D3.js.
You’ll organize your data in SQL databases like PostGreS and in NoSQL databases like MongoDB. You will learn to convert data between widespread formats like JSON and CSV and run efficient queries on your databases.
You’ll deploy your machine learning systems on modern architectural components including Docker containers and AWS to distributed computing with Spark. You will apply techniques to test and monitor your services.
You'll use Git and Github throughout for the course to utilize collaboration & version control of your code.
In the first weeks of our Data Science Bootcamp you'll focus on learning to use Python for common data handling and visualization tasks, as well as building machine learning systems with scikit-learn.
In the next few weeks you’ll delve into the world of Deep Learning. You’ll learn how to build image processing systems and language processing systems with TensorFlow. As your programs grow, you will learn techniques to write bigger Python applications.
In the final part of the program you'll learn to deploy state-of-the-art machine learning systems in a distributed computation environment. You’ll apply reinforcement learning and explore the latest deep learning techniques. In the final two weeks of the course you’ll combine everything you’ve learnt in your self-defined final project.
For 6 weeks after the course you’re free to come to SPICED to continue to work, receive guidance during your job search and put any final touches needed on your portfolio.
