This is what you learn in our AI & Digital Transformation Management Bootcamp
Every successful transformation begins in the mind. You start by gaining a deep understanding of the mechanics behind digital change and developing leadership readiness for working with AI. You master professional prompting techniques (system prompts, context framing, few-shot), understand your responsibilities under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, and apply field-tested change frameworks like ADKAR and Kotter’s 8-Step Model. This ensures you not only learn how the technology works, but also how to bring teams along, eliminate reservations, and make organizations measurably ready for change.
Moving beyond basic chatbots toward autonomous systems: here, you understand the paradigm shift between copilots, workflows, and genuine AI agents. You evaluate enterprise platforms and learn how modern agentic architectures (ReAct, multi-agent) are structured. Through hands-on exercises, you integrate tools using the new Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard and learn where risks like tool misuse, hallucinations, or prompt injections lurk—including smart approval and control processes.
A strategy is only as effective as its adoption and legal compliance. You design targeted stakeholder and champions programs (Power/Interest Grid, RACI) to build internal advocacy. In parallel, you establish a resilient governance framework aligned with ISO 42001, audit your use cases against the EU AI Act, and master compliance alongside the GDPR. In a simulated compliance audit, you demonstrate that responsible AI is not a roadblock, but the key to scalable success.
AI must deliver a measurable return. In this phase, you translate technical ideas into concrete financial figures. You develop robust business cases, analyze make-or-buy decisions (TCO), and calculate investment scenarios using standard financial methods such as NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analysis. Finally, you synthesize your accumulated knowledge in the first capstone project: presenting a compelling decision paper capable of withstanding scrutiny from critical CFOs and executive boards.
Data fuels every AI initiative. You formulate data strategies aligned with DAMA-DMBOK/DCAM and explore architectures like Data Mesh and Data Lakehouse. You learn how Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) serves as enterprise-wide knowledge management and what ensures rigorous data quality. Next, you scale use cases: prototyping with workflow automation tools like n8n, grasping core MLOps fundamentals, and designing a high-impact AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
How do you scale change across hundreds of employees? You evaluate corporate culture, foster psychological safety, and govern the transformation portfolio using agile OKR frameworks. At the same time, you establish guardrails to curb risky "shadow AI" across business units. In the second capstone project, you develop a holistic strategic roadmap and defend it before a simulated steering committee—complete with actionable feedback for rapid iteration.
Your hands-on culmination: across an intensive corporate simulation, your team steps into executive leadership roles (CEO, CTO, CDO, CHRO, CFO). Together, you assess an organization, prioritize quick wins, deploy work packages, and manage operational health dashboards. In a final board hearing, you defend your strategy during a 45-minute panel session. The program concludes with written and oral assessments, a high-impact showcase portfolio, and your formal certificate.
