AI Governance & Transformation Bootcamp

In the first week, you will categorize the four waves of digitalization, evaluate AI technologies at a leadership level, and conduct a comprehensive Digital Maturity Assessment for a sample organization. You will also gain the skills to practically apply the EU AI Act’s Article 4 (AI Literacy Obligation) to your own company while learning structured prompting techniques across enterprise AI tools beyond standard ChatGPT usage, including system prompts, Role-Task-Context, few-shot, and evaluation prompts.

In week 2, you will learn how to apply the ADKAR and Kotter 8-Step change management frameworks in the context of digital and AI transformation. You will explore the historical significance of Lewin’s change model and understand its influence on modern change management approaches. In addition, you will conduct a Change Readiness Analysis, identify common sources of resistance to AI-driven transformation, and develop effective strategies to address them. You will also define the role of the Transformation Manager as a Change Agent and learn how to lead and support successful organizational change.

In week 3, you will evaluate enterprise AI platforms and vendors using weighted criteria while distinguishing between agent, copilot, and workflow automation paradigms. You will learn core agentic architectures including ReAct, plan-and-execute, single-agent, and multi-agent systems, and implement a hands-on MCP server with secure read-only and write-with-approval workflows. Additionally, you will apply data governance principles like RACI and data cataloging to assess how data quality impacts RAG reliability. Finally, you will identify and mitigate agent risks including hallucination, tool misuse, prompt injection, and EU AI Act triggers.

In week 4, you will learn to analyze stakeholders using the Power/Interest Grid and RACI matrices specifically for internal AI agent introduction scenarios. You will design key user and champions programs, create an effective transformation communication plan, and leverage AI tools to accelerate both stakeholder analysis and communication design. Finally, you will define comprehensive RACI matrices tailored to AI transformation projects.

In week 5, you will learn how to apply the EU AI Act (Risk Categories, Art. 4, Art. 6, Annex III) for standard AI and agentic use cases. You will design an AI governance framework according to ISO 42001, and integrate ethical principles into AI projects. Finally, you will learn how to ensure GDPR compliance, human oversight, and approval controls while maintaining the required documentation for tool-integrated AI systems.

In the final week, you will create an AI business case, including ROI, TCO, and payback calculations, and apply key metrics to evaluate AI investments. In a capstone project, you will bring together the competencies developed throughout the program and present a comprehensive transformation assessment.
