You will learn to reason about architectural design, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and integrate MLOps platforms with real cloud infrastructure. The curriculum covers making deployed AI survive production through evaluation, observability, FinOps cost control, security, and EU-regulatory compliance. Through weekly hands-on labs, you will build a complete portfolio of practical deliverables.
What's in store at our AI Architect bootcamp
In Phase 1, you will learn to design, evaluate, and deploy enterprise AI architectures. You will construct multi-layer reference architectures and evaluate trade-offs using Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). Hands-on, you will discover how to configure secure landing zones across AWS Bedrock and Microsoft Foundry, build resilient RAG pipelines for messy enterprise data with hybrid retrieval, and scale vector stores like pgvector—culminating in a deployed, defended RAG service capstone.
In Phase 2, you will learn to transition from linear pipelines to multi-agent systems. You will construct stateful multi-agent graphs using LangGraph and evaluate core agentic patterns like ReAct across competing frameworks. Next, you will discover how to secure tool access using Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers with least-privilege controls. Finally, you will master tracking evaluation runs and configuration versioning using Kubeflow, culminating in a governed agentic system integrated with your Phase 1 RAG service.
In Phase 3, you will learn to transform AI applications into resilient, cloud-native infrastructure. You will containerize services with Docker, provision infrastructure declaratively with Terraform, and configure cloud autoscaling with Kubernetes concepts. Next, you will build fault-tolerant architectures using async workers, queues, and caching and build graceful degradation and resilience into an AI system. Finally, you will master vendor-neutral observability and integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines for a production-ready deployment.
In Phase 4, you will master cost management, security, and compliance for enterprise AI. You will build financial models, analyze token-burn costs, and enforce strict budget caps. Next, you will discover how to defend architectures against prompt injection, tool misuse, and data exfiltration through agentic red-teaming. Finally, you will align systems with the EU AI Act and GDPR guidelines to produce C-level governance reporting and audit-ready compliance packages.
In the final phase, you will unify all learning layers into a fully deployed, cost-instrumented enterprise AI system. You will defend your technical decisions, cost models, and governance frameworks in a presentation review and live Q&A session. You’ll finalize your work into a professional portfolio to complete your official AI Architect certification.

What you need: You must be comfortable using Python and Git. Basic experience with cloud computing and containers is helpful, but not required.
How to get in: You need to pass a short hands-on assessment—no degrees or certificates required. If you don't pass on your first try, you can take a free 2-to-4 week prep course and retake it.
Assessment waivers: You skip the assessment entirely if you graduated from Agentic Machine Learning Engineering, AI & Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering: Data Science and Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or AWS Cloud Computing with AI.
The program runs Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 with 45 minutes lunch break. This is a full-time commitment equivalent in time to a full-time job. You should expect an immersive, fast-paced learning curve that balances theory and daily hands-on application. Every day combines live coach-led lessons with guided practical work under coach and TA guidance.
Yes, absolutely. If you are currently unemployed, facing a potential layoff, or looking for a career change, the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter can cover 100% of the bootcamp costs through an Education Voucher (Bildungsgutschein).
The process involves three steps: registering as a jobseeker with your local Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter, requesting our official training documentation (we provide this within one working day), and submitting the voucher application. Approval typically takes two to six weeks — cohort sizes are limited to approximately 15 participants, so starting early matters.
