In the first week, you will build a strong foundation in AI financial modeling and understand how AI investments transform enterprise value. You will learn to construct advanced AI business cases using NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analysis while also mastering the essential mechanics of investment portfolio prioritization, calculating Enterprise AI Platform ROI for enterprise deployment scenarios, and creating financial decision templates for board presentations.
In Week 2, you will develop an enterprise data architecture and understand how data strategies align with AI objectives and knowledge management. You will learn to apply industry-standard Data Governance Frameworks like DAMA-DMBOK and DCAM, evaluating Data Mesh vs. Data Lakehouse architectures, defining and monitoring Data Quality KPIs, and assessing RAG architectures as a core strategic capability.
In Week 3, you will focus on AI regulation and understand how to operationalize compliance. You will learn to navigate the EU AI Act (Risk Categories, Art. 4, Art. 6, Annex III) for standard AI and agentic use cases while also designing an AI Governance Framework according to ISO 42001. The week will also cover integrating ethical principles into AI projects, and ensuring GDPR conformity, human oversight, approval controls, and documentation requirements for tool-integrated AI systems.
In Week 4, you will learn how to manage the five phases of AI scaling (ideation, PoC, pilot, scale, optimize). You will learn to identify and overcome enterprise scaling barriers while evaluating AI agents and workflow automation tools as strategic levers. The week will cover how to distinguish these tools from enterprise AI platforms and how to evaluate MCP-enabled integration as a selection factor. Additionally, you will scope secure AI agent use cases—including authority boundaries, human approval, and risk classification—while learning MLOps fundamentals for transformation managers alongside the design of enterprise AI operating models.
In this week, you will focus on the human side of change and learn how organizational culture impacts AI adoption. You will learn to diagnose cultural barriers to AI transformation while developing tailored AI adoption strategies for different employee groups, fostering psychological safety as the foundation for innovation, and defining measurable adoption KPIs to track and ensure long-term success.
In this week, you will focus on how to manage an AI transformation program with multiple parallel projects. You will learn to apply agile portfolio management for AI initiatives while defining and cascading strategic OKRs across the organization. The week will also cover conducting program-level risk management and assessing shadow AI and unmanaged tool-adoption risks—including escalation paths and safer enterprise alternatives.
In Week 7, you will develop a complete AI transformation strategy for an organization. You will learn to integrate the core pillars of the business case, data strategy, scaling plan, and culture change while defending your strategy before a simulated steering committee and conducting rapid, feedback-based iterations to refine your final deliverables.
In the final week, you will be able to diagnose your own organization's AI maturity, map key stakeholders, and construct a deployment-ready AI transformation blueprint—encompassing an ISO 42001-aligned management system skeleton, a practical operating model, and a prioritized 90-day roadmap. You will apply and integrate all prior learning into a coherent, context-specific strategy and demonstrate your ability to communicate and defend it persuasively to senior decision-makers.
