On The Right Food: Image-based Food Recognition

Monitoring food consumption is essential for both personal health and sustainability perspectives. Our team trained a neural network model to detect and segment different foods in real-world images. It enables people to track their food intake by simply taking a picture. We also built an interactive Streamlit Web APP to show the results.
