Breathwork buddy is your companion, providing you with several functions to practice breathwork exercises as well as assists you in measuring the time you expose yourself to cold water. You can also visualize and edit your tracked retention times, see mindfulness quotes and educate yourself about the benefits of conscious breathing and ice baths.
