Brain Tumor Segmentation in MRI

3D segmentation of brain tumors from medical scans provides important clinical information on the extent and progression of the disease, but manual segmentation is time-consuming and expensive. Our convolutional neural network model is able to provide accurate whole-brain segmentations within seconds, saving many hours of doctors' time and costs.
