What is the final project useful for?
By analyzing the Bikefleet Flow, we have developed a KPI to identify districts and time periods where there is a surplus or deficit of bikes. By analyzing user trips data, we have developed a model that considers features like temperature, rain, snow and the day of the week to predict the number of trips.
