The danger meter

This app allows you to dynamically create, save, edit, and delete risk assessments using 28 sets of questions from over 480 questions. Each question catalog can be used individually or combined with any number of other catalogs, depending on the field of application, such as "Working on ladders" or "Hazardous materials storage".
