What you'll learn at our Digital Sales with AI Bootcamp
You will receive an in-depth introduction to digital sales roles and market requirements in Germany. We will teach you the most important KPIs and channels, show you the differences between B2B and B2C buyers and introduce you to persona creation with AI-supported help.
You will learn how to structure buyer journeys and plan the right content for each phase - from awareness to conversion. Tools such as Canva or HubSpot will help you with the implementation. You will also analyze consumer behavior in Germany.
You will work with modern CRM systems, learn about lead management, follow-ups and automated segmentation. AI will support you in creating call notes and evaluating leads.
You will use tools for contact research and segmentation and learn how to proceed in compliance with the GDPR. With the help of AI, you will create personalized outreach emails for your target group.
You develop sales assets such as one-pagers or presentations and use AI to create texts and templates. You will analyze best practices from companies such as Siemens and apply your knowledge directly.
You will learn how to build visibility, gain trust and generate leads via LinkedIn. We will show you tools for analysis and AI-supported content creation for your posts.
You plan email routes, build chatbots with AI and understand how to use CRM data for personalized communication. You use SEO and Google Ads to drive traffic to your sales pages.
You will learn which data is relevant for sales, segment target groups and use AI to analyze insights. Practical examples such as BMW make the knowledge tangible.
You understand how retention strategies work, use email retargeting and plan customer retention programs - with tools, prompts and real use cases.
You create your own sales deck, train with AI-supported role plays and learn how to pitch convincingly - including objection handling and presentation training.
You will work on a real sales project - including buyer journey, outreach flows, CRM campaign and performance measurement. You will prepare for your career start with individual mentoring.
