Full Stack Web Development Teacher (m/w/d)

Berlin, full-time

We are looking for a Teacher in Full Stack Web Development in order to carry out and be responsible for our training courses in Berlin. You will report directly to our Head Coach for the Full Stack Web Development course.

Responsibilities

  • Our 12-week courses require a full-time teaching activity, where you will be involved in delivering lectures and supporting the practical exercises of our students, shaping the next generation of Full Stack Developers.
  • You take care and support our students throughout their entire journey in Spiced coordinating your activities with the rest of the team
  • You help to develop a corporate culture that is based on honesty and equality for the benefit of our course participants and employees
  • You are committed to support the Spiced visibility turning the local tech companies and experts into convinced partners of Spiced by eg Lectures Training Recruiting Meetup Intro Sessions Workshops

About You:

  • Relevant commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Expertise in Javascript HTML CSS jQuery NodeJS SQL PostgreSQL React Vue
  • Experience as a teacher and mentor.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and relationship building with the ability to effectively manage groups and interpersonal conflict situations.
  • Passion about people empowerment.
  • High degree of integrity, reliability and personal responsibility.
  • Fluency in English, German is not required.
